Connections Relational Therapy was founded by Tara Dively, LMFT in 2019 after Tara realized the need for more counseling and therapy services in central PA. What makes Connections different? Each of our therapists has specialized training in “systems theory.” This means that our therapists view our clients’ needs as a whole of its parts, not just one individual factor. We work with you to view the change process differently and help facilitate change with you. Systems work allows for a truly transformational experience within therapy. 

Connections Relational Therapy offers in-person therapy to clients who are within a drivable distance to Selinsgrove, PA. We also offer Telehealth/virtual sessions to anyone within PA. We participate with a variety of insurance plans including Geisinger Health Plan, Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, Optum, Highmark, Capital Blue Cross, and UPMC.  

We are now accepting new insurances Quest Behavioral Heath and Penn Behavioral Health.

Connections Relational Therapy also provides services to those who wish to pay out of pocket. Our rates are: Relationship Therapy with a licensed therapist $150 per session, Sex Therapy with a licensed marriage and family therapist $175 per session, Individual Therapy with a licensed therapist $135 per session. Relationship therapy and individual therapy provided by an associate therapist is $120 per session. Each session is an hour in length.
