Tara Dively, LMFT

Tara, the owner of Connections Relational Therapy, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over twenty years experience in helping families improve their relationships and reach their goals. Tara has worked in inpatient, community-based, and outpatient therapy settings, and is trained in Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strategic Family Therapy. Tara utilizes her training to help her clients improve by relying on their own strengths to achieve their goals. 

Tara earned her Masters Degree in Marriage in Family Therapy in 2005 and has served families through evidence-based practices upon graduating. She has worked intensively with adjudicated youth and their families through Multisystemic Therapy. She has worked with adolescent groups doing Aggression Replacement Training. Tara has several years experience in supervision of therapists as well as university interns. She has been a licensed marriage and family therapist since 2010. Tara is a clinical fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and serves on the AAMFT Family TEAM, a network of advocates volunteering time and energy towards furthering MFT policy interest.  She is a professional member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists

Amy Bogden, MA, LMFT, NCC

Amy is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy with almost 8 years of experience working with individuals and families. She has worked in community-based treatment, facilitated therapeutic groups for teens and adolescents, and has several years of experience as a clinical supervisor. Amy is skilled in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Therapy, Strategic Therapy, and Systems Theory. She enjoys working with teens, adults, couples, and families. 

​Amy graduated from Messiah University in 2014 with a Masters Degree in Counseling, with a concentration in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. Upon graduation, Amy worked with families and teens through evidence-based treatment programs. She has worked with adjudicated youth and their families through Multisystemic Therapy. She worked with adolescent groups through Aggression Replacement Training. She has been a National Certified Counselor (NCC) since 2014. She is a professional member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists.

​In her spare time, Amy enjoys sewing, yoga, reading, watching movies with her fiancé, and spending time with friends and family. She also loves animals and has a cat and two guinea pigs who get much of her attention. She is a professional member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.”

Adrianne Robbins, LSW, MSW

Adrianne is a licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience partnering with youth, adults, and families in different clinical settings and the criminal justice system. Adrianne began her career in the mental health field in 2006 as a counselor at girls’ and boys’ residential programming in State College, PA. She then worked locally as a Probation Officer with a focus on restorative justice including the advocation for youth, their families, and adults on supervision. Adrianne spear-headed department changes to include evidence-based programming. She trained local professionals in Motivational Interviewing and facilitated therapeutic groups with both adults and youth. 

​Adrianne earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University in Human Development and Family Studies and graduated from Temple University with a master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in clinical social work. Adrianne is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Systemic Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. She enjoys working with teens, adults, couples, and families.

Randel Forbes, MA

Randy has worked for more than 10 years as a therapist with individuals and families. He has
experience with trauma-based treatment and interventions focused on both adolescents and families, worked with individuals and families to address a wide variety of behavior concerns and stressors in various settings, facilitated therapeutic groups for teens and adolescents, and provided clinical supervision and direction as a clinical lead in both inpatient and outpatient programs. Randy has in inpatient, community-based, and outpatient therapy settings and is trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy, and makes use of Gottman Method Couples Therapy approaches in his work. He enjoys working with children and teens as well as adults and regularly works with couples and families. He frequently works with difficult family situations and makes use of a calm demeanor and welcoming approach to help clients feel comfortable discussing situations and work towards resolutions. Randy is a member of the LGBTQ+ community and brings an open mind and creative
approach to sessions.

Randy graduated from James Madison University in 2010 with a master’s degree in psychology. Upon graduation, he worked with families and teens through the home and school-based programs as well as evidence-based treatment programs and has worked with adjudicated youth and their families through Multisystemic Therapy. He has facilitated adolescent groups and family systems through Trauma Focused therapy, works to address concerns and barriers resulting from past trauma and extensive family conflict. He also served as a program director and clinical lead for inpatient services dealing with delinquent behaviors and family conflicts. Randy’s career and focus have always been centered on the communication and goals of the individuals and families that he works with, and he places a high priority on helping clients identify their feelings and goals while consistently working towards them.
​In his spare time, Randy enjoys reading, walks, video games, board games, and working on spontaneous creative projects. He has a passion for philosophy and thought experiments and loves questions that have either complicated answers or no answers at all.

Rebecca Hollenbach, MFT, Psy.D.
Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Rebecca is a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 6 years of experience working with families and individuals. She has worked in both private practice and inpatient mental healthcare settings and enjoys the dynamics of both. She has done extensive work and education in both the Amish/Mennonite community and urban settings and is committed to supporting the mental and emotional health of all lifestyles. Rebecca specializes in codependence and family system issues and is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as structural, experiential, and strategic modalities. Rebecca is committed to providing supportive and practical care without judgment.

 She also works in HR for a central Pennsylvania healthcare system and has recently earned her doctorate in Organizational and Human Psychology. Rebecca lives on a farm with her 4 children and loves hiking, reading, and running.

Tricia M. Zechman, MA

Tricia is excited to join our team as a master’s level therapist. Tricia finished her master’s degree from Messiah University in May 2024 and is working towards her license in professional counseling. She will soon be among the first licensed associate counselors in the state of PA. She has been working in the mental health field with children in the home, school, and community setting since obtaining a bachelor’s in biopsychology in 2020. While her career is just beginning, she has had experience as an intern at Susquehanna University in the counseling center and is excited about coming on as professional staff at Connections Relational Therapy.

Tricia takes a client-centered approach, allowing the client to be the driving force of what is worked on in therapy and supporting you along the way. She employs mindfulness-based practices and focuses on emotions, while also challenging automatic negative thoughts to help create the change you wish to see in your life.

All feelings and experiences are valid – Tricia uses a genuine, compassionate, and empathetic approach to counseling and would love to walk alongside you wherever you are on life’s journey.  Tricia is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is skilled in therapeutic interventions involving play for children and enjoys using cognitive strategies to work with older children and young adults going through struggles or transitions.

Tricia is also the music director at her local church. She enjoys spending time in nature, and being with her family and friends.

Shannon Moyer, LSW

Shannon is a licensed master’s level social worker with a background in providing behavioral health support to dually diagnosed adults. She enjoys working with teens, kids, and adults who have experienced depression, anxiety, disruptive behavior, and trauma. She also offers Christian faith-based counseling upon request. As a trauma-informed clinician, it is important to understand how events have shaped individuals without letting those events define them. Shannon also recognizes clients as the experts of their own lives and experiences, and she is committed to understanding each client as a complex human being with unique qualities and strengths. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to understand their minds and bodies, grow their problem solving skills, and develop healthy emotion regulation. She is also excited to support individuals and families who are experiencing interpersonal conflict or navigating life transitions. She is committed to creating a therapeutic relationship with clients that is built on safety, trust, and mutual respect.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys gardening, hiking and camping with her family, baking gluten free treats, reading, crocheting, and learning new crafts. Shannon and her husband also run a monthly kids’ garden club in their community. She loves to use creativity in both her work and personal life.

Brenda Kline, MS, CCTP, CRS

Brenda is excited to join our team as a master’s level therapist. Brenda holds a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University with a concentration in Child Adolescents Therapy, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Argosy University. Brenda also has a certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist, and she is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. 

Brenda has almost 10 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples in a wide range of ages. She has a wide variety of experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, self-harm/ suicidal ideation, substance/ alcohol use, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, developmental disabilities, grief, trauma and more. Brenda currently provides School-Based Trauma Mental Health services at Williamsport Area Middle school and has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She really enjoys working with children, teens, adults and families. Brenda has experience in group work, chemical dependency, residential settings, and school settings in addition to extensive outpatient clinic experience. She also has training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, strengths-based approaches, and dual disorders of substance use/ mental health. 

Brenda utilizes a variety of techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, DBT, Psychoeducation, Play Therapy, behavior modification, and mindfulness and relaxation.

Brenda believes in working in partnership with clients to utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. She also realizes how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being including their physical health, support systems (family, friends, etc.), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this process. 

Brenda volunteers in her church’s children ministry. Brenda likes traveling, enjoys the beach, hiking, playing with her dogs, Cookie, Gracie and Izzy; and loves spending quality time with her son.

Brenda also offers Faith-based Therapy to those who would like Christ-centered counseling. Brenda has worked in children’s ministry for a number of years and is passionate in her walk with Christ. Brenda has seen first-hand, God’s ability to change lives. God is big enough to handle all that we encounter. Brenda has seen hearts and lives transformed by the healing power of Jesus. Brenda believes that true healing only comes through Jesus Christ.

Nicole Bialecki, MA CPT

Hello, future client! I am so excited to have you join me in session on your journey of health and wellness. We will work together to bring beauty from the pain of life’s circumstances at times. Come join me in a space that is both safe and non-judgmental as we work on some of these challenges. If you desire to work towards restoration on mental health symptoms that include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood concerns, etc., you have surely come to the right place. I will be your formal support as you work through areas of concern to improve everyday functioning.

I have worked with various populations, ranging from young children to middle aged adults but my focus is in working with young and middle ages adults. I specialize in PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and mood disorders but have also worked with many other populations. I offer individual and couples counseling.

My professional goal is to be clear that I have too faced adversity. Every day stressors can be challenging enough. So let’s work together to turn limitations into strengths and face the world with a new mindset. I can be your hope in the days you don’t feel it and provide you with the tools to succeed. Steven Johnson, LSW

My name is Steven Johnson. I am the youngest of three and originally from Camden, New Jersey where I learned it is not what you see but what God said. I am a therapist that specializes in creating my own sunshine even on cloudy days. I have a strong passion to support individuals, children, couples, and families in reaching their fullest potential. My goal is to meet people where they are empowering, educating, and celebrating their successes.  

When combining my childhood experiences and education which consist of an AA in elementary education, BA in Social Work, MA in psychology, Masters in Social Work, I have obtained a unique perspective on life and how to serve others. I am honored to say I have been walking beside families for over 20 years.

This includes but is not limited to Children and Youth as a Caseworker II, a Foster Parent Supervisor, a Mobile Therapist, a Family Based Mental Health Services Director, and a Clinical Director of Trauma/Chief Operating Officer.

I have found the best way to find myself is losing it in others.

Catherine Lucas, MA, NCC

Catherine is a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience working with children, teens, and families. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University in 2010 and a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Messiah University in May of 2024. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

Having worked in a variety of settings including schools, agencies, and providing in-home therapy, Catherine works with individuals, couples, and families to help guide them in new directions towards change. Her specialties include trauma, autism/ADHD/neurodiversity, attachment issues, grief, depression/mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship and behavioral issues.

Catherine works with clients using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. She also has extensive training in Ecosystem Family Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Multisystemic Therapy. 

Catherine believes in using a holistic and systemic approach when working with clients while also remaining warm, empathetic, and genuine. One’s mind, body, and spirit are all connected, and each plays a pivotal role in one’s mental health. Catherine feels that the relationship one has with their therapist is very important for success and she will work collaboratively with you to reach the goals that you want to achieve.

Catherine spends her free time doing arts and crafts, gardening, and spending time with her family and two cats.
